Before beginning her civil service career, Pamela spent three years as a program educator (independent business owner) for the Department of the Army, developing training and educating soldiers and their family members on the topic of domestic violence, child abuse prevention, stress management, and anger management. She began her federal career as a Management/Budget Analyst for the Office of Training and Professional Development for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and also spent time working as a Senior Budget Analyst for the Department of Defense, Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense. Prior to working at her current agency, Pamela served as the Supervisory Budget Officer, having funding responsibilities domestically and in five international countries in four regions (Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Johannesburg, South Africa; Brussels, Belgium; Manila, Philippines; and London, United Kingdom).
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Leo University; a Master’s in Health Service Administration from Central Michigan University; and a Doctorate in Management with a concentration in Organizational Development and Change from Colorado Technical University.

Dr. Zoe Zorka-Blechen, Technical Writer; Marketing Genius; Data Analyst for AppDetex; Co-Founder of #Herspiration; and one of the hosts of Herspiration Happy Hour podcast, is a gifted and exceptional writer, author, and model currently living in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Originally from Detroit, MI/Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Dr. Zorka holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communication, a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Statistics, and a Doctorate of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University. She is currently the lead technical writer, where she works with small business owners to grow their businesses through franchising. She has written for Newsweek, Elite Daily, CNN, HER Magazine, and many other smaller publications. She also authored and published Turn Our Eyes Away, a fictional novel that incorporated elements of social media into the story, allowing readers to connect with the characters online.
She was “discovered” as a writer in the comments section of CNN in 2013, where after commenting on a news article and was invited to contribute an opinion piece that ended up on the home page of CNN and was one of 2013’s most commented stories.
In addition to writing, Zoe also enjoys swimming, running, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and volunteering with local animal rescue groups.
Dr. Juanita Warren
Dr. Juanita L. Warren is a respected human capital and relationship management professional with more than 20 years building partnerships, establishing collaborations, and managing diverse relationships that enhance and expand human resources and organizational capacities.
A self-described developer of people and programs, Juanita is a dynamic and energetic trainer and facilitator who offers anecdotes from personal and professional experiences sprinkled with humor. A Board Certified Christian Counselor and Therapist (BCCC), and Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Juanita holds a doctorate in Christian Counseling, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. Also a certified chaplain, she is a founding board member of the American Chaplains Association, where she serves as editor of the monthly newsletter, and a facilitator of a distance learning chaplain certification program.
